Our Holiday Syrup is rich and aromatic with fresh cranberry, orange peel, rosemary and clove. Perfect for all your Holiday cocktails and desserts. Scroll down for recommended pairings and cocktail recipes.
Recommended serving size is 1/2 oz. Each bottle makes 32 cocktails
18.21 Pairings: Ginger Lemon Tincture, Hibiscus Bitters, Japanese Chili+Lime bitters, Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters, Prohibition Aromatic Bitters, Havana+Hide bitters, Blood Orange+Ginger Shrub, 18.21 Tonic, 18.21 Ginger Beer
Liqueurs: Pâma liqueur, St. George Raspberry liqueur, Ginger Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, Prosecco, Solerno Blood Orange, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
“Holiday Martini”
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup
.5 oz Solerno Blood Orange liqueur
Shake well over ice and double strain into ice cold martini or coupe glass
Garnish with an orange peel
“Holiday Manhattan”
2 oz Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 Heaping Bar spoon of 18.21 Holiday Syrup
8 drops of either Prohibition or Havana+Hide Bitters
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass
“Holiday Mule”
2 oz Bourbon or Vodka
.5 oz Holiday Syrup
Shake well with ice and strain into rocks glass. Top off with 18.21 Ginger beer and garnish with. rosemary sprig
