Spicy Ginger Beer Concentrate
Our Ginger Beer is made as a concentrate so that it stays fresher, longer . We use real ginger , cane sugar, citrus and black peppercorn to give you the most flavorful and natural ginger beer we can. Splash with soda water for fresh ginger beer or use as a spicy syrup in a margarita! Great in a Moscow Mule, Dark+Stormy or even in a Penacillan.
Recommended serving size is 1/2 oz. Bottle makes 32 cocktails

Liqueurs: Solerno, Pimms, Aperol, Campari
"Fleming 1928"
1.5 oz Blended Scotch
.75 oz 18.21 Ginger Beer Syrup
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
10 drops 18.21 Ginger Lemon Tincture+ 2 to float
1/4 oz Single malt scotch
Shake all ingredients,except last, over ice. Strain into rocks glass over large cube and top off with single malt and 5 drops of tincture. Garnish with fresh black pepper
"Ginger 75"
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz 18.21 Ginger Beer
Champagne
Shake first 3 ingredients well, over ice and strain into flute. Top off with champagne and garnish with candied ginger
"Grey+Cloudy"
2 oz Dark Spiced Rum
3/4 oz 18.21 Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Cynar
10 drops 18.21 Bitters Earl Grey Bitters
Soda Water
Shake all ingredients well over ice, except soda water. Strain into rocks glass and top off with soda water. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel
