Our Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters are our most unique bitters. Surprisingly versatile with saffron on the nose, tart cherry on the finish and notes of honey. They pair well with both gin and whiskey. Try them in a Manhattan or a Spanish G+T.

Recommended liqueurs: Cheery Heering, Montenegro, Pisco, Campari, Aperol, Krupnikas Spiced Honey, St. Germain, Averna, Cynar, Chartreuse
"Spanish G+Tr"
2 oz Botanical Gin
8-10 Drops Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitter
18.21 Original Tonic
Combine all ingredients in cognac glass
Garnish with a citrus slice, a tsp of whole allspice berries and a sprig of thyme
"Pisco Sweet Tart"
2 oz Pisco
1/2 oz Lemon and Lime juice
1/2 OZ 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup
Egg White
6 drops 18.21 Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters+4 to float
Shake all ingredients well, without ice. Add ice and shake again for another 20-30 seconds. Strain into coupe glass and float 4 drops of bitters on top of the egg whites

2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
10 drops 18.21 Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters+ a rinse
